If you want to have a user@pinoygeek.org email address powered by GMAIL complete with Google Apps (Docs, Spreadsheets, Calendar, etc) here are the mechanics:

Just continue to post or reply with QUALITY content in the forum (avoid Off Topics post) and when you reach 13 posts, just send a Private Message to me and I will check your posts to see if you are qualified.  I initially have 250 accounts ready to give.  First come, first served, good until supply lasts. I may request for more accounts if needed.

yup.. same features as GMAIL, except for the inbox size, it is fixed at 2GB per inbox.

You may also integrate @pinoygeek.org email account to work with your regular GMAIL account.. you may send and receive emails using @pinoygeek.org inside your regular GMAIL account..
